"Give and ye shall receive." What does that actually mean? Does the practice of giving really yield us benefit in life?

When we practice "healthy giving" and service of others, our brains release endorphins that actually feed the cells of our body. This process keeps us in a better state of mind and has lasting physical benefits as well. We may even slow or reverse the aging process through this mindful practice.

Science backed evidence proves that when we give for others "telomeres," the end caps of our DNA that dictate how fast our cells break down, stay in tact longer. This prolongs our lives and helps keep us younger longer.

It takes the proper mindset - we can't give with expectations of getting back nor should we allow ourselves to be taken advantage of.

Learn more about the power of "giving" and how it enhances our life.
