When it comes to life, we NEED to learn to declutter the messages of fear spread in front of us daily.
This is the message in today's episode with Tonia Cordi. Tonia started her career as a teacher and after 12 years decided that she wanted to follow her passion of helping people create spaces to match their ideal lives. She then started to apply her background in education, the arts, and psychology — along with trial and error — to create an integrated process for individuals to meet their goals and values.
Tonia is a lifelong learner and continues to study mental health, human behavior and well being. She integrates motivational interviewing, mindfulness, along with habit changing and teaching strategies when working with her clients.
The process of organizing your inner and outer world allows you to become more present, focused, connected and able to make decisions that match your true intentions and strengths, without the constant stress and fear from the outer world.
