As we continue down the eightfold path, we make our way into the subject of Right Mindfulness. So much of our lives we run on autopilot. There is a skill of mindfulness that helps us unlock the ability to "take in" and enjoy the moments of life or to reflect on the tough learnings or heartache.
What we don't want to do is push these moments into autopilot mode. We don't make progress in doing so.
